Pearson VUE announces multi-year extension of licensure exam partnership with Maine Department of Insurance


BLOOMINGTON, MN, Nov. 14, 2016 – The Maine Department of Insurance has chosen to extend its long-standing partnership with Pearson VUE to deliver licensure exams.

The decision, made after a competitive bid process, means that computer-based testing world leader Pearson VUE will continue to deliver a raft of regulatory exams – Life and/or Accident & Health Producer, Property and/or Casualty Producer, Personal Lines, All Lines Adjuster, Credit Producer, Multi-Peril Crop Insurance Adjuster, Title Producer, Life & Health, and Property Casualty Producers – at its test center network across North America.

Eric Cioppa, Superintendent, of the Maine Department of Insurance, said: “The Bureau is looking forward to a continued working relationship with Pearson VUE and further improving the examination experience for Maine candidates.”
